Akabo Media is on the lookout for a Research Analyst with a strong qualitative focus to join our dynamic team. The Research Analyst is responsible for analysing and interpreting qualitative data from Akabo Media’s portfolio of awards, conferences, and publications, contributing to the company’s status as a world leader in the respective industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Analysis:
- Analyse and code textual and video content from awards shows, conferences, and other events.
- Conduct thematic and sentiment analysis to identify industry trends and insights.
- Reporting and Communication:
- Generate reports summarising key findings.
- Present insights to stakeholders and recommend actionable strategies.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with editorial, event management, and business development teams to integrate research findings into actionable business plans.
- Tool Management:
- Utilize qualitative data analysis tools l for thorough data examination.
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Sciences, Humanities, Business Research, or a related field.
- Proficient in qualitative analysis tools
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
Desirable Skills:
- Familiarity with industries such as logistics, supply chain, tolling, robotics, automation, and transport.
- Experience in quantitative research is a plus but not mandatory.
